The six beneficiary organizations of The Smart Ride (AH Monroe, Broward House, Compass, EMPIC, Miracle of Love, and Pridelines) have announced that they will continue to work together long after the retirement of The Smart Ride. The six beneficiary organizations stated, "HIV/AIDS continues to impact our communities and our preventive and supportive services are in great demand. We will continue to work together to raise awareness and funds to support this important work in our respective communities"
The beneficiaries of The Smart Ride are returning to the beginning and have named the new ride Bike It For Life, which is the original name of The Smart Ride. This year's ride will be on November 23, a one-day 100 mile ride in the Florida Keys. Stay tuned for additional information.
