Miami, FL – December 14, 2024 – Pridelines, Miami’s premier LGBTQ+ community center, is thrilled to announce its annual UnMasking event, a celebration honoring outstanding leaders and allies in the LGBTQ+ community. This year’s honorees are renowned artist and advocate David Archuleta and dedicated community leader Adrianna Tender. The event will take place on December 14, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at One Paraiso in Edgewater.
UnMasking is a signature event hosted by Pridelines to celebrate resilience, authenticity, and community support. Honorees are selected based on their commitment to advocacy, impact, and dedication to the LGBTQ+ community. David Archuleta, celebrated for his music and visibility as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, will receive the Courage Award for his advocacy efforts and willingness to live openly, inspiring others to embrace their true selves. Adrianna Tender, a community advocate known for her work in LGBTQ+ youth and healthcare services, will be honored with the Community Spirit Award for her tireless commitment to creating safe spaces and opportunities for LGBTQ+ individuals in South Florida.
The evening will feature a diverse lineup of performances, including Pridelines' band Alana and Ted, and a special performances by local drag queens, all in celebration of the rich diversity of Miami’s LGBTQ+ community. Hosted by the fabulous FayWhat?!, this year’s event promises an unforgettable evening of entertainment, community, and celebration of Pridelines' mission.

The UnMasking event is open to the public, with proceeds going to support Pridelines’ programming, which includes health services, youth support, housing resources, and more.
